Not sure if it does much but I don't think the manufacturer is lying about what's in the bottle. I was taking it for rosacea, since ursolic acid was found in one study to reduce cathelicidin and KLK5. I have so far been unable to isolate a positive effect. Doesn't hurt though, so I will finish up the bottle.

This product has a high dose per pill compared to others which is why I bought it. I take 3 in AM and 2 at night. I read a research paper that suggested reduced autoimmune disease activity in mice at doses similar in humans around 1000mg daily. Tried it at it has absolutely returned my life to normal for the time being. I may up dosages during renewed symptoms if they come. 2 months ago I never thought I would feel normal again and this stuff does indeed work particularly in demyelinating autoimmune diseases. The more I took the better I felt, however I did not want to take this chronically at dosages higher than 750 mg (5 capsules)

This product was shipped fast, arrived in a few days and the product is the highest amount of ursolic acid per capsule I could find. I'm not someone who is paid to say this. I am a real customer who wants to treat my suspected high levels of prostaglandins. I will update this review to see how effective it is for me. I am very happy with this seller.
