    一是权限意识。权限是指为了保证职责的有效履行,任职者必须具备的对某事项进行决策、执行的权力及其限度。这就要求,事业单位工作人员必须按照规定的权限和程序认真履行职责,努力提高工作效率。考生在答题中,特别是解决问题时要努力做到“到位而不缺位,补位而不越位”。
    二是管理者思维。这就要求考生在答题的过程中要具有全局意识,能够充分融入题目所赋予自己的管理者身份,处理问题时要考虑全面,体现出作为管理者的整体规划能力。
    三是服务意识。服务意识主要体现在:思想上,树立以人为本、执政为民的理念;行动上,要真正做到为人民服务。
