本书总报告立足丝绸之路经济带全线建设,全面跟踪和反映了2021年“五通”建设的现状和进展,并分析预测了未来丝绸之路经济带的发展趋势;分报告围绕设施联通、能源合作、贸易畅通、资金融通等领域的建设情况形成了专题报告;国际合作层面,以“凸显西北”为特色,继续跟踪研究了中国—中亚经济走廊、新亚欧大陆桥和中巴经济走廊的发展情况;国内层面,主要针对西北五省区参与丝绸之路经济带建设情况进行年度跟踪研究。
司晓宏 陕西省社会科学院党组书记、院长,教育学博士,二级教授,博士生导师,研究领域为教育学原理和教育管理学。主持完成*哲学社会科学重大攻关课题、国家社科基金课题等国家和省部级课题13项,获全国高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(人文社会科学)、陕西省哲学社会科学优秀成果奖等国家和省部级、厅局级科研奖15项。先后在《教育研究》、COMPARE、《光明日报》等刊物发表学术论文80多余篇。独立出版《教育管理学论纲》、《面向现实的教育关怀》等专著4部,主编教材5部。2017年获陕西省首批“特支计划”哲学社会科学和文化艺术领域领军人才称号。兼任陕西省社科联副主席、陕西省人民政府督学,兼任届*高等学校教育学类专业教学指导委员会副主任、第二届委员,中国教育学会教育管理学学术委员会常务副理事长、中国教育政策研究院兼职教授、陕西省教育理论研究会会长等。
白宽犁 陕西省社会科学院副院长、研究员。研究领域为马克思主义中国化、思想政治教育工作、宣传思想文化工作、社会治理等。在各类报刊上发表理论文章100余篇,编辑出版著作20余部,承担国家社科基金项目1项,其他项目20余项。兼任陕西省社会科学信息学会会长。
