本书对年报文本披露生成机制、年报文本披露的经济后果的同伴效应进行了分析，发现同行业或同地区的同伴企业的年报文本披露特征显著影响了目标企业的年报文本披露特征，具有显著的生成机制的同伴效应，同行业或同地区的同伴企业的年报文本语调显著影响了目标企业的筹资、投资、经营等财务活动，具有显著的经济后果的同伴效应。本书的研究对于资本市场监管、投资者决策、企业管理等方面都具有一定的启示。

韩少真，男，1987年生，河北保定人，管理学博士，西北大学经济管理学院教师，副教授，硕士生导师。西北大学2019年度青年学术英才支持计划人选。主要研究领域为：公司治理、制度环境与财务会计，财务大数据，社会与环境会计。近年来先后在Journal of Cleaner Production，《中国经济问题》《投资研究》等国际国内SCI和CSSCI等刊物发表论文二十余篇，出版学术专著1部，担任副主编编写教材1部；主持教育*人文社会科学研究青年基金、陕西省社会科学基金、陕西省自然科学基金、陕西省教育厅科学研究计划、西安市社会科学基金等多个项目，参与、省部级课题多项，获陕西省决策咨询委员会年度优秀咨询课题奖、陕西省第三届高校课堂教学创新大赛（本科）一等奖等科研教学奖项多项。
