所谓阿米巴经营模式?简而言之,即把公司分成多个自主经营单元(即阿米巴),每个经营单元均需独立核算、承担盈亏;持抱利他共赢理念之下,鼓励员工增加收入、降低费用;后利益共享,同创幸福企业。
