2016年作为“十三五”的开局之年,专利分析普及推广项目继续秉承“源于产业、依靠产业、推动产业”的工作原则,在综合考虑来自行业主管部门、行业协会、创新主体的众多需求后,终选定了10个产业开展专利分析研究工作。这10个产业包括无人机、芯片先进制造工艺、虚拟现实与增强现实、肿瘤免疫疗法、现代煤化工、海水淡化、智能可穿戴设备、高端医疗影像设备、特种工程塑料以及自动驾驶,均属于我国科技创新和经济转型的核心产业。近一年来,约100名专利审查员参与项目研究,对10个产业进行深入分析,几经易稿,形成了10份内容实、质量高、特色多、紧扣行业需求的专利分析报告,共计近400万字、2000余幅图表。
2016年度的产业专利分析报告在加强方法创新的基础上,进一步深化了发明人合作关系、产品与专利、市场与专利、专利诉讼等多个方面的研究,并在课题研究中得到了充分的应用和验证。例如肿瘤免疫疗法课题组对施贵宝和默沙东的专利诉讼进行了深入研究,虚拟现实与增强现实课题组对产品和专利的关系进行了深入分析,无人机课题组尝试进行了开拓海外市场的专利分析。
