本书内容来自我2007年3月起在日本及中国各地举办的“助力经营的稻盛会计学”及“稻盛经营哲学与会计学的关系”讲座。
我在老师稻盛和夫先生主持的盛和塾中学习,并将习得的关于会计的内容进行自我消化,然后归纳整理制成资料,并以此为基础,应各地盛和塾的邀请举办了上述两个讲座。
“助力经营的稻盛会计学”起初是应我所在地区静冈的盛和塾塾生的要求而举办的,后来逐渐普及到日本各地。从带广、函馆、青森、秋田、山形,到埼玉、山梨、长野、富山、石川、岐阜、丰桥(三河塾)、名古屋、三重、奈良(大和塾)、京都、大阪、和歌山、神户、出云(山阴塾)、高松(香川塾)、福冈、佐贺,我在日本各地盛和塾举办了巡回演讲。从2014年开始,我在中国青岛、北京、宁波、沈阳、深圳、无锡、大连、广州、杭州等地也举办了同样的讲座。
在举办稻盛会计学讲座的过程中,一些塾生希望我讲一下稻盛经营哲学与会计学的关系,应这部分塾生的要求,我又以“稻盛经营哲学与会计学的关系”及“稻盛哲学实践”为主要内容制作了讲义,在稻盛会计学讲座中讲授。
在我所在的地区举办滨松塾长例会时,我曾将这些讲座的文字材料当面交给老师,并同时附上在中国举办讲座的中文版资料,向老师做了汇报。
