  近日,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发了《党政主要领导干部和国有企事业单位主要领导人员经济责任审计规定》,并发出通知,要求各地区各部门认真遵照执行。

  通知强调,《党政主要领导干部和国有企事业单位主要领导人员经济责任审计规定》坚持党对审计工作的集中统一领导,聚焦领导干部经济责任,既强化对权力运行的制约和监督,又贯彻"三个区分开来"要求,对于加强领导干部管理监督,促进领导干部履职尽责、担当作为,确保党中央令行禁止具有重要意义。

  通知要求,各级党委和政府要加强对经济责任审计工作的领导,抓好《党政主要领导干部和国有企事业单位主要领导人员经济责任审计规定》的学习贯彻。各级党委审计委员会要加强对经济责任审计工作的统筹谋划和整体推进,促进提高新时代经济责任审计工作质量和水平。有关部门要加强协作配合,把审计监督与纪检监察、组织人事、巡视巡察等监督贯通起来,形成监督合力。各级领导干部要带头贯彻执行《党政主要领导干部和国有企事业单位主要领导人员经济责任审计规定》,自觉接受审计监督,做到依法用权、秉公用权、廉洁用权。
