初中生正值青春期,其身心发育伴随着自我意识的萌芽。他们渴望自由,想要独立,上进却也叛逆。初中三年是孩子独立人格形成的关键期。和初中生相处好的模式是陪伴。以德润心,遵循初中生的心理发展规律并伴其成长;以生为本,允许学生在实践中犯错;以文化人,学生用知识尊重教师,教师用文化引领学生,师生共成长。

你们好!
今天我想和你们一起聊聊孩子们的那些事儿。
一、有梦想就有希望
“没有比脚更长的路,没有比人更高的山!”作为父母,我们要相信每一个孩子都是自带正能量的,都是积极向上的,都是愿意用自己的心去丈量生命之路的。请给孩子一个梦想吧,他会还我们一个奇迹。
关键词:坚持
坚持是一种精神,是努力拼搏、永不放弃的精神。就像“女排精神”,那不是非赢得冠军不可,而是哪怕不会赢也要努力拼搏的坚持精神。
我的儿子在小学六年级时,有一天回家告诉我,这是他在小学阶段参加运动会的后一次机会了。我突然意识到我们要抓住机遇,努力一把。我问:“还有哪个项目没有同学报名?”儿子说:“1500 米。”于是我们决定报名参加1500 米长跑项目。当初的想法是,如果没有名次,班级总分不会受到影响,如果有名次,那就是班级、个人双赢。比赛前的每天晚上八点,我们娘俩都会一起准时出现在操场,他跑8 圈,我跑7 圈,作为比赛前的训练。我们坚持了整整一个月,收获了很多很多。
我们在相互陪伴中有了更多的交流,亲子关系越来越和谐。父母只有了解了孩子,才能理解孩子,而孩子只有在感受到被父母理解后,才会接受父母的教育。家长朋友们,和孩子一起去跑步吧,相信你们一定会获得新的力量。
