随着国内私家车的日益普及，汽车驾驶员的数量也是与日俱增，但是随之而来引发的交通事故也越来越多，交通安全问题已经成为人们普遍关心的社会问题。究其原因，主要是由于驾驶员对道路交通安全问题重视不够，不遵守交通安全法律法规，不按交通规则行驶造成的。尤其是一些驾驶新手们由于技术不够熟练、缺少日常行车经验，遇到危险时来不及躲避，也容易引发交通事故。

为帮助广大汽车驾驶员朋友尽快熟悉和掌握道路交通安全法律法规基本常识，避免和减少交通事故，在化学工业出版社的组织下，特编写了本书。
