上海市教育委员会、上海学生心理健康教育发展中心、上海精神卫生中心儿童青少年精神科、上海儿童医学中心儿童保健科等在上海4个区(浦东新区、杨浦区、黄浦区和静安区)35所中小学开展了为期4年的学生心理健康服务“医教协同”模式研究,本书主要阐述该研究的过程和成果,重点关注学生心理健康促进、高风险学生的筛查与干预、心理障碍学生转介、危机预防与干预四个方面的内容,并总结了医教协同的体系建设方面的经验,分享各试点学校的案例。
我国学生心理健康教育与服务主要依托的是教育系统本身的专业资源,然而学校现有的心理健康教育专业力量难以满足不同层次学生的心理服务需求。引进医学界心理服务专业力量,进行学生心理服务医教协同模式的实践探索,在理论上和实践上都具有重要意义和价值。

2016年12月,国家22个部门联合发文《关于加强心理健康服务的指导意见》;2018年11月,国家10个部门联合发文《关于印发全国社会心理服务体系建设试点工作方案的通知》。这表明关注人的心理健康成为全社会共识。中小学生心理健康服务体系作为社会心理服务体系的一个部分,具有基础性和发展性。所谓基础性,即中小学生的心理健康是其一生幸福的基础;所谓发展性,即中小学生的人格、认知与人生观、价值观正处于形成时期,尚未定型,具有很强的可塑性和发展空间。中小学生心理健康服务应该基于中小学生成长发展的需求,一般来说可以用学生心理健康三级预防的概念来表述:一级预防是面向全体学生,提高每个学生的积极心理品质,促进其健康成长;二级预防是针对少数心理与行为高风险学生的重点辅导;三级预防是对极少数心理障碍和危机学生的转介服务。其 中,二级预防和三级预防工作需要医学界专业力量的参与,这项工作的落实就需要“医教协同”。
2011年9月至10月,笔者有幸受哈佛大学儿童发展中心和波士顿儿童医院(哈佛大学医学院附属医院)的邀请访学一个多月,考察了波士顿中小学校的心理健康服务体系,当时印象深的就是医教协同。
