在找工作前,重要的是准备一份简历,在一些主流招聘网站发布并且定期更新。我建议即便在找到工作以后也要定期更新自己的简历,以更好地了解自己的市场行情,而且在和一些HR、猎头交流的过程中也可以了解一些行业的近资讯和动态。比如,在某互联网金融公司延迟上市的新闻出来后,好几个猎头联系我说该公司用户运营这个岗位在招聘。对此,我大概了解到两个信息:一方面,市场对于互联网金融行业正在调控,选择这个行业要谨慎,特别是一些初创公司就不要考虑了;另一方面,目前该行业更注重用户运营方向,因此在目前的工作中应注意这个方向上的策略。
