作者简介

刘婷婷，女，山西运城人，1985年生，云南大学政府管理学院政治学博士后，主要从事社会治理、政治社会学、民族社会学等研究。主持完成省部级课题2项。在《行政论坛》《乡村论丛》等期刊发表论文10余篇。论文《乡村德治重构与归位：历史之根与现代之源的成功链接》荣获山西省第十二次社会科学研究优秀成果奖。

 

罗强强，男，宁夏西吉人，云南大学教授、博士生导师，约翰·霍普金斯大学访问学者、国家“万人计划”青年拔尖人才、全国专业社会工作领军人才、国家民委民族研究优秀中青年专家，云南大学“乡村振兴与基层治理”创新团队负责人。主要从事社会治理、政治社会学、民族社会学等研究。主持完成国家社科基金项目2项、教育BU、国家民委、民政部等省部级及其他项目20余项，著作3部。期刊论文60余篇。成果先后荣获宁夏社科成果奖、国家民委社科成果奖、民政部民政理论与政策研究成果奖等8项省部级奖项。
