新中国民法典草案总览(增订本)续编
 2020年5月28日,《中华人民共和国民法典》正式公布。
民法典的制定,先后历经全国人大常委会10次审议、10次向社会公开征求意见,累计收到42.5万人提出的102万条意见建议,锻造了这一部作为新时代国家治理体系与治理能力现代化基石的“经国大典”。
