民宿养成指南(就想走进山水间,开一间小小的民宿,慢慢把她养成理想的样子......)
眼下民宿成了热词,建民宿、住民宿成了呈现自己文艺情怀的良好方式。民宿类的图书也多了起来,但大体都是以民宿介绍、民宿体验、民宿设计为主。但这三个环节中少了至关重要的一环——民宿经营。没有好的经营,设计再好也是硬件的堆砌;没有好的经营,美好的体验、热情的介绍也是空谈。
但在中国大陆,民宿还是新生事物,成长历史不出十来年,可供借鉴的经营模式、服务经验非常少,导致大部分民宿扎堆经营、同质化严重,很多民宿都处于亏损状态。如何做好民宿经营,服务好顾客的同时实现盈利,是民宿从业者亟需解决的问题。

1997 年 9 月,我坐长途班车越过层层山丘,离开故乡梅州到广州读大学。
那个秋天,我以为自己将跨越重要的人生分水岭:往回看,是十九年的乡村和小镇生活,那么简单、安宁,晨曦雾海,甚至有些沉闷;往前看,是即将展开的波澜壮阔的城市冒险,那么繁华、丰富、色彩斑斓,令人怦然心动,也许还能实现更大的抱负。
生活,似乎充满许多将要被未来印证的预言。
2001 年 7 月,刚毕业的我进入广州大道中 289 号,那是后来在媒体江湖里留下许多故事的一个所在。
我记录新世纪的都市青年生活方式,近距离观摩风情娇俏的艺人和模特,不停穿梭在夜色里赶饭局并形成美食专栏。
三年后,感觉自己不能再沉湎于整天被体面接待、吃吃喝喝的虚无和惶恐中。我转入新闻部,关注社区里的故事,要变革的村庄以及城市的商业动向。
理想的实现路径从来不能复制,但可以有借鉴和学习,以避免我们一而再的跌入同一个坑。
