我一直觉得,动手整理并坚持不懈,是好的学习方法之一。从2004年开始攻读硕士学位至今,我就一直在做两方面的整理工作:,整理现行民事法律体系,作为自己学习民法的一种积累,先后编写出版了《民法通则一本通》《婚姻家庭法一本通》《侵权责任法一本通》,《物权法配套规定》《继承法配套规定》《婚姻法配套规定》《侵权责任法配套规定》,《民法总则》出台后又出版了《〈中华人民共和国民法总则〉编纂对照表与条文释义》。第二,整理《人民法院公报》刊载的案例,做到民事案例全阅读、侵权法案例细品味;人民法院发布指导性案例之后,又纳入到研习范围,并将这两类权威案例作为我主持的国家重点研发计划项目中“类案精准推荐”课题的核心标注和检索内容之一。
在上述两项工作坚持了十年之后,2014年党的十八届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》正式决定“编纂民法典”,我就开始着手编写一套能够将我国现行民事法律体系和权威案例全面整合的丛书,实现中国民法的体系整合。很高兴能够和中国法制出版社达成合作意向,并且终付诸实践。本书的体例设计如下:
