    丛书编写者充分汲取了相关普法宣传的有益经验,精心编写了这套“培养青少年为人处世的‘有德’之道、待人接物的‘有智’之法、安身立命的‘力量’之术”的丛书,希望为培育青少年在家庭、学校、社会等特定环境中的守法意识、权利意识、规则意识,引导青少年的行为模式和处世原则,全方位涵养青少年思想道德素质贡献一些力量,为青少年介绍扬帆起航的法治保障。

    青少年民法典教育丛书包括《民法典让青少年有“德”》《民法典让青少年有“智”》和《民法典让青少年有“力量”》。《民法典让青少年有“智”》共三大部分:培养青少年在家庭生活中有“智”,对未成年人子女能不能处置家庭中财产、父母能不能窥探子女隐私、亲子关系确认、父母对未成年人子女的抚养监护权、遗产继承等以案例的形式进行了生动的讲述,告诉青少年当自己的相关法定权利受到侵害时,如何维权;培养青少年在学校生活中有“智”,以案例的形式讲述了不能给同学起绰号、不能侵害同学的肖像权、不能在网上发表不当言论、不能歧视同学等,还告诉青少年,当自己的个人信息被泄露、自己上学的权利被侵害、自己遭遇校园霸陵等,如何应对;培养青少年在社会生活中有“智”,以案例的形式讲述了青少年如何应对出租车拒载、打短期工被骗、高空抛物、非法搜身等。
