2015年是企业舞弊丑闻多发的一年。在产品及其性能方面造假,欺骗消费者,这类事件在国内外接连发生。甚至代表日本的、具备历史传统的大企业中,也有做假账、用虚假的财务报表来蒙骗股东和社会的事例,其真相已大白于天下。窜改经营数字,美化财务报表,让它“漂亮好看”,这样的行为是无法容忍的。
我想,经营企业可以比作驾驶飞机。也就是说,驾驶舱里有一排仪表盘,飞行员必须时时刻刻看着这些仪表盘上的数字,掌握飞行的状况,以便驾驶飞机到达指定的目的地。在企业经营中,经营者相当于飞行员,而仪表盘相当于损益计算表等经营资料。
经营者有必要经常审阅经营资料中的数字,据此采取相应的措施。但是,如果这些数字不能正确反映企业经营的实态,经营者就不知道该采用什么办法来改善经营,提升业绩。及时掌握真实的经营状况,努力改进,提升业绩,这种勤勤恳恳、扎扎实实的活动才叫经营。只要这种经营活动卓有成效,就能扩大销售,增加利润,作为结果,财务报表就会“漂亮好看”。
