作者简介
古武南,生于台湾新竹客家人聚集的北埔,曾做过西服店裁缝、服装设计师、服饰店老板,现在是北埔文化工作室负责人、“水井”茶室主人、古迹解说员,2009年台湾故宫博物院茶室展演空间设计师兼茶艺示范讲师,2011年意大利威尼斯国际双年展“春德的盛宴”事茶人。
“在台北当服装设计师,有房子在天母、开进口名车,每天穿得漂漂亮亮、喝酒玩乐,全身上下都是进口,其实,都是在表演给别人看。然而人生需要的很少、想要的很多,我拥有的都是想要的,却不是需要的,我问自己,真正需要的是什麼?我不过就是要没人管我的日子,就回北埔了。”
回到北埔的古武南,租借有九十多年历史的日式老建筑,携同妻子、妹妹、妹夫,花费一年功夫整理原本破旧脏乱的老屋,拆除破坏景观的后续建筑,修补毁损部分,极力将古宅恢复成原貌,这让他花了差不多有300万元。最终“水井”茶室现身于世人面前。在这里你可以喝到独特的凉水井茶,这种茶采用北埔所产的东方美人茶,以冷水冲泡整整十个小时,入喉冰冷而甜香,极具特色。
北埔的老制茶人刘家龙老先生是古武南的舅公,后来古武南自己又北上学茶,在台北人澹如菊茶书院追随李曙韵老师,在老师的启发下,联络茶书院的同学,以文字的形式记下习茶、学茶的心得与感想,共同分享与参悟,于是有了这一本《茶21席》。
