作者简介

拉兹洛?莫霍利-纳吉（László Moholy-Nagy,1895-1946），匈牙利设计师、艺术家、摄影家，包豪斯设计学院教授（1923-28），世界现代设计教育的重要奠基者，也是现代设计重要的观念革新者和传播者之一。纳吉艺术的起点并不是专业美术教育，而是源自俄国的构成主义及其自身对于现代艺术探索的热衷。他在20年代的设计思考和实践广泛涉及新版式、摄影图文编排、照相拼贴、电影蒙太奇等领域，堪称先驱。而这些探索也与他在德国包豪斯的教学相得益彰。离开包豪斯之后，纳吉辗转荷兰、英国、美国。1930年代末，他先后在芝加哥创办了新包豪斯学院和芝加哥设计学院，后者于1949年并入伊利诺伊理工大学，成为美国首家可颁授设计博士学位的学府。纳吉一生在教学和创作之余，勤于著书立说，他的著述对于现代设计观念在全世界的传播起到了极大的推动作用，其中最重要的是他的两部里程碑式的设计思想经典：《新视觉》（The New Vision，1928)和《运动中的视觉》（Vision in Motion，1947)。
