  为推动建设领域技术进步与科技创新,促进科技成果转化和推广应用,调整产业结构,推动产业技术升级,提高行业建设技术、工程质量和安全生产水□,重庆市住房和城乡建设委员会根据《建设领域推广应用新技术管理规定》(建设部令□□09号)的规定,建立了建设领域禁止、限制使用落后技术通告制度。由市住房城乡建委统筹,市建设技术发展中心配合,行业有关组织和技术人员积极参与,先后制定发布了《重庆市建设领域禁止、限制使用落后技术通告(□□-八号)》(以下简称“一-八号《技术通告》”),对推动我市建设行业的技术进步和提高工程质量发挥了重要作用。为进一步强化禁限技术通告制度,切实提高技术通告实施的可操作性,在整合一-八号《技术通告》的基础上,结合行业技术发展现状进行了内容增删和调整,制定发布了《重庆市建设领域禁止、限制使用落后技术通告(□019年版)》(以下简称“《□019年版技术通告》”)。
