银行数字化转型的内涵和外延是什么?银行为什么要进行数字化转型?银行数字化转型的路径和方法有哪些?这三个基本问题不仅需要我们从理论层面去探索和研究,更需要我们从中外银行业数字化转型的业务实践中去总结和认识。本书的目的就是汇聚业界精英、以各家银行案例的形式来对这三个基本问题进行剖析。
中国的金融体系是银行主导型,中国的商业银行系统是的宏观相关部门,在支撑实体经济发展、维护金融稳定、促进国民经济内外循环方面具有举足轻重的作用。自2008年全球金融危机爆发以来,中国商业银行系统在分业监管的框架下坚持为实体经济服务,不断排查和降低系统性金融风险,秉持不断改革开放的理念,在使中国跻身世界第二大经济体方面做出了巨大贡献。2020年,在全世界遭受新冠肺炎疫情冲击、全球性经济衰退的大背景下,中国经济率先复苏,中国的商业银行体系功不可没。
