1.借款干什么用?
“问民所乏,贷以种粮钱,令麦熟纳偿,而薄取其息”(资治通鉴)。中国古人就懂得严格控制信贷资金的用途,必须用实体交易。贷款给你,你去种粮食,我约定好用途,粮食种好,麦子销售得回款,就赶紧归还贷款。而且,生产经营用途的贷款,利息较低。
借款用途必须合理,用途是授信业务的基础,也是授信风控的关键。
银行需要注意:企业申请授信事由是否真实的,到底拿信贷资金去做什么,这是整个风控最重要一个环节。如果信贷用途是假的,那会将我们所有审查都置于空中楼阁。
2.企业有能力完成用途承诺的事项吗?
陈力就列,不能者止(《论语》)。银行必须判断企业是否有能力完成申请事项,企业的能力必须想做的事情匹配,否则企业有个天大的梦想,但是能力却不足,这反而会将事情弄糟。中国很多企业,都想一步登天、微蛇吞象,结果反而误了卿卿性命。
信贷资金来自于存款人,我们必须战战兢兢、如履薄冰的看好,用好。
3.企业投入多少自有资金?
无论将贷款用于做什么,无论是购置固定资产,还是购买原材料,甚至发放员工工资,在申请事项中,企业应投入足够自有资金。生意之经营,一定是企业承担风险的大头,银行承担一小部分。你不可能让一个仅获得微薄利息收入的银行,与获得可观商业利润的企业共担风险。企业表达对借款用途的决心,不是靠自己的嘴,是靠自己投入真金白银。
4.企业的交易对手方是谁?
信贷往往是失之毫厘、谬以千里。授信应用于有需求或有交易对手的事项。信贷资源必须有真实交易对手方来落地,银行承兑汇票必须有非常明确的收款人,就是企业报表中的应付账款方,绝不能是关联公司或空壳中小企业。只要贷款,就必须受托支付,必须直接支付给真实的供应商,要求场景封闭,绝不纵容客户。
5、项目现金流与借款能匹配吗?
借款用途能够产生对应的资产和现金回流,而且现金回流能够覆盖成本。授信必须产生优质资产,资产必须很快变现,能形成正向的经营现金流,回流现金能够封闭用于归还银行授信。要牢牢盯住:贷款支付、形成资产 、现金回流、归还贷款,这四位一体的封闭循环,绝不可以断裂。
