These Decorex Hardware Deck Screws are made for treated wood and are designed to be used with a square drive bit. Square head is superior to Philips head because it doesn't strip easily. These self-tapping screws have a bugle head and a coarse thread. They are made of steel with a Ruspert Brown finish.
Ruspert metal finish is a high-grade surface protection that prevents corrosion. It consists of three layers of rust protection. The combination of these three layers provides excellent corrosion protection.
