    ActiMaris forte ist eine hypertone, basische Meersalzlösung mit aktivem Sauerstoff. ActiMaris forte Wundspüllösung ist besonders zur Initialreinigung stark fibrinös oder eitrig belegter, infizierter oder stark übelriechender Wunden geeignet. Mit der Wundspüllösung können z.B.
    akute, chronische, thermische und chemische WundenEintrittspforten urologischer Katheter, PEG-Sonden und Drainagen

Neben der intensiven Reinigungsleistung werden dank des optimalen Zusammenspiels von aktivem Sauerstoff, ionisiertem Meerwasser und basischem pH-Wert Entzündungen reduziert, Wundödeme ausgeschwemmt und auch extreme Gerüche schnell und langanhaltend eliminiert. Die schnelle, intensive Reinigungsleistung von o.g. Wundsituationen wird durch die höhere Konzentration von NaCl und NaOCl erreicht. Da die Spurenelemente von ActiMaris forte in ihren natürlichen, physiologischen Komplexverbindungen vorliegen, werden Zellmilieu und Wundstoffwechsel positiv beeinflusst. ActiMaris forte ist auch für empfindliche, irritierte und entzündete Haut und Schleimhaut geeignet.

    Wird ActiMaris forte auf einer übel riechenden Wunde angewendet, reagiert der aktive Sauerstoff mit den Geruchsmolekülen und neutralisiert diese. Aktiver Sauerstoff wirkt zudem eliminierend auf wundtypische Erreger.

    Entzündungsminderung
    Dank der Spurenelemente, die in ihren natürlichen Komplexverbindungen und in physiologisch richtiger Konzentration vorliegen, wirkt ActiMaris forte antientzündlich.

    Abschwellende Eigenschaften

    Anwendungshinweise
    ActiMaris forte kann zimmerwarm angewendet werden. Bei Wunden mit erhöhter Schmerzneigung kann die Wundspüllösung unmittelbar vor der Anwendung auf Körpertemperatur erwärmt werden. Vor Verwendung von ActiMaris forte sollten die Wunden zuerst mit ActiMaris sensitiv gespült und gereinigt werden, um Schmutz und leicht lösbare Beläge zu entfernen.Die anschließende Tiefenreinigung und Geruchsreduzierung erfolgt dann mit ActiMaris forte. Dazu werden mit der Wundspüllösung getränkte Verbände eingesetzt. Die empfohlene Dauer der Nassphase beträgt bei stark fibrinös oder eitrig belegten, infizierten oder stark übelriechenden Wunden 5-10 Minuten. Die Dauer und Frequenz der Anwendungistan die individuellen Wundverhältnisse anzupassen und sollte so lange durchgeführt werden, bis sich alle Beläge und Nekrosen leicht entfernen lassen. Nach Verbesserung des Wundzustandes wird zur weiteren Wundreinigungdie Anwendung von ActiMaris sensitiv empfohlen. Decken Sie die Wunde anschließend mit einem adäquaten Primär- oder Sekundärverband ab. ActiMaris forte ist zur Kurzzeitanwendung für eine Dauer bis zu 7 Tagen auch beiempfindlicher/irritierter Haut und Schleimhaut geeignet. Die Wundspüllösung wird dermatologisch als unbedenklich bewertet. Die Anwendung ist schmerzarm und wird im Allgemeinen auch von Allergikern gut vertragen.
