The skin must be completely oil-free, clean and dry.
1. Cut out the design and remove the clear paper cover;
2. Place the tattoo face down on the skin;
3. Rub the tattoo back firmly with a damp cloth or sponge for 10 to 20 seconds;
4.If it doesn't, press the button down and re-wet it;
5. After removing the paper, wait a few minutes before gently washing it off with water.
