Dosage
You should put on the brush an amount not larger than the size of the match head. Clean like a traditional toothpaste. The effect is noticeable after the first use. The teeth are smooth.

I used to go to Germany every year for business trip and will load my luggage with this toothpaste and will use it all year around and gift to friends all year around til next trip.It is all natural and very refreshing.you only need a little amount and it will lather really nicely! This is the mintiest toothpaste I've ever used in my life and I love it. Seriously helps you feel "cleaner" after brushing your teeth and it really feels like the top of mount Everest inside of your mouth depending on how much toothpaste you use.Warning Note:For tongue brushers, be careful with this product. This is so minty that it caused me to have a lot of pain on my tongue so use very small amounts of toothpaste if you're going to brush your tongue as well as your teeth with this toothpaste

This is the best tooth paste for your gum and teeth. It will get rid of cold sores in as little as 1 or 2 days by just brushing with it. This will get rid of your tooth aches not to mention clean squeaky feeling and fresh breath. I don't use anything else anymore. I first discovered this while visiting Germany 6 or 7 years ago and I used to buy boxes and boxes when I was there. I am glad I can get this from Amazon now.

fyi its not your mint taste! its going to have more of a herbal licorice taste. so if your dont like the taste of licorice you wont like the taste of this paste. BUT after brushing your teeth both your teeth and your mouth will feel CLEAN
