Fearless RC will accept returned merchandise within 30 days of delivery of the purchased item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The merchandise must be new and unused and in its original packaging.

Upon receiving the product, it is the customers’ responsibility to inspect the item and identify any defects and report these issues to us by email before use.For vehicles, we suggest a full inspection including checking that all screws and bolts are tight. Fearless RC is not responsible for vehicles or parts which are broken during a crash or driver error.

If the item is defective on arrival (only if unused), you can contact us by email to exchange or receive a refund.Return or exchange requests or reports of missing or damaged parts must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns will not be accepted once the original box has been tampered with or discarded. Returned products that are found to be defective will be replaced with new products and shipped at no cost to the customer (Fearless RC will pay for the replacement shipping cost) or a refund will be issued. An exchange is only possible if the item is found to be defective by us or if the customer pays the 10% restocking fee.

Returned items must be in new condition and include all parts, accessories and manuals in their original packaging.Items that have been altered or adjusted in any way will not be accepted. Returned items must first be received by us before we will process and ship any replacement parts or issue a refund. We recommend using a reputable shipping service that provides proof of shipment and a tracking number. Fearless RC cannot be held responsible for packages lost during the return process. We also recommend purchasing insurance from the shipping company.

All shipping charges paid by customer for orders or returns are non-refundable. Shipping carriers will not issue a refund for the shipping costs after the package has been picked up and delivered.

International buyers may have to pay import duties, taxes, and charges typically collected upon delivery or pickup. The buyer is responsible for these charges, they are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office prior to bidding/buying to determine what these additional costs will be.

Advance remote control expertise and experience is required to operative this vehicle. Returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be accepted if the purchased vehicle has been used or driven.

If Buyer used, drove or crashed the vehicle, no matter what the reason, Seller cannot be responsible for Buyers’ crash or use. Seller will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages including bodily injuries and property damages arising from the use of any product(s) sold. Remote controlled products and accessories can be very dangerous. Please read the entire operating manual before use. If you are not comfortable with the risks of operating the vehicle, do not use the vehicle, return the unused vehicle within 30 days of purchase. We have no control over the correct use, installation, application, or maintenance of this vehicle, no liability shall be assumed nor accepted for any damages, losses or costs resulting from the use of this vehicle. Any claims arising from the operation, failure, or malfunctioning of the products will be denied.
