Zusammensetzung:
10 g (10,2 ml) enthalten: Arnica montana e floribus LA 20% 10 g (HAB, Vs. 12c).
Anwendungsgebiete:
Gemäß der anthroposophischen Menschen- und Naturerkenntnis. Dazu gehören: Anregung der Gewebe- und Organheilung mit besonderer Betonung der Stoffwechselprozesse, z.B. stumpfe Verletzungen wie Zerrungen, Quetschungen, Blutergüsse, Muskelkater Muskelverhärtungen (Myogelosen), subakute und chronisch-entzündliche Gelenkerkrankungen Zustände nach Gehirnerschütterung, Schlaganfall (Apoplexie), Lähmungen.
Gegenanzeigen:
Arnika Essenz darf nicht angewendet werden:
bei bekannter Überempfindlichkeit gegenüber Zubereitungen aus Arnika oder anderen Korbblütlern wie z.B. Kamillenblüten, Ringelblume oder Schafgarbe oder einem der sonstigen Bestandteile des Arzneimittels.auf geschädigter Haut (z.B. Verletzungen, Verbrennungen).in der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit.
Vorsichtsmaßnahmen für die Anwendung und Warnhinweise:
Zur Anwendung dieses Arzneimittels in den Anwendungsgebieten subakute und chronisch-entzündliche Gelenkerkrankungen Zustände nach Gehirnerschütterung, Schlaganfall (Apoplexie) und Lähmungen liegen bei Kindern keine ausreichend dokumentierten Erfahrungen vor. Es sollte deshalb bei Kindern unter 12 Jahren in diesen Indikationen nicht ohne ärztlichen Rat angewendet werden und ersetzt nicht andere vom Arzt diesbezüglich verordnete Arzneimittel. Enthält 25 Vol.- % Alkohol.
Dosierung und Art der Anwendung:
Soweit nicht anders verordnet:
Umschläge: 1 Esslöffel Tinktur auf ca. 1/4 l Wasser geben und zu Umschlägen verwenden. Eine luftdichte Abdeckung des Umschlags ist zu vermeiden.Bäder: 2 bis 3 Esslöffel Tinktur auf 1 Vollbad geben für Teilbäder entsprechend weniger verwenden.
Dauer der Anwendung:
Die Behandlung einer akuten Erkrankung sollte nach 2 Wochen abgeschlossen sein. Tritt innerhalb von 3 Tagen keine Besserung ein, ist ein Arzt aufzusuchen. Die Dauer der Behandlung von chronischen Krankheiten erfordert eine Absprache mit dem Arzt.
Anwendungsfehler:
Wenn das Arzneimittel entgegen der Anwendungsvorschrift eingenommen wird, kann es zu Brennen und Kratzen in Mund und Rachen, zu Übelkeit, Erbrechen und Durchfall führen. Bei schweren Vergiftungen kann es außerdem zu Fieber und Nasenbluten sowie zu Störungen des Herzrhythmus, zu Atemlähmung und zum Kreislaufkollaps kommen. Bei Schwangeren ist das Auslösen einer Fehlgeburt möglich. Vergiftungen sind auch bei großflächiger Anwendung möglich. Bei dem Verdacht einer Vergiftung sollte sofort ein Arzt benachrichtigt werden, der ggf. die notwendigen Maßnahmen einleiten wird.
Nebenwirkungen:
Bei längerer und häufiger äußerer Anwendung können Hautreaktionen mit Schwellung und Bläschenbildung auftreten. Dabei kann es sich um eine Überempfindlichkeitsreaktion der Haut oder eine direkte Gewebeschädigung durch Arnika Essenz handeln. Ferner können bei längerer Anwendung Ekzeme auftreten. Es sind Hautreaktionen bis zur Gewebszerstörung möglich. Sollten Sie eine der oben genannten Nebenwirkungen beobachten, so informieren Sie sofort einen Arzt, damit er über den Schweregrad und gegebenenfalls erforderliche Maßnahmen entscheiden kann. Bei den ersten Anzeichen einer Überempfindlichkeitsreaktion darf Arnika Essenz nicht nochmals angewendet werden.
