ATOTO car stereo products come with a 180-day warranty from the date of purchase, requiring proof like an order number or receipt. Optional accessories have a 6-month warranty. Customers can receive an additional 6-month extended warranty if they register within 14 days of the purchase and meet all requirements.

Usually your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days after payment.

We have multiple warehouse in United States, item may ship from California or others, please kindly understand.

Normally we ship the item via shipping method which you choose from the item page. But for some special case, because of peak season or other specified reasons, we may contact you for shipping method change.

Please provide correct full shipping address, postal code and telephone number to avoid shipping delay or being charged with additional cost.If delivery address is remote area in the relevant shipping company's system, additional USD15-50.00 will be charged for remote area delivery.

  • We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, simply contact customer service to return your item back to us in the same condition it was delivered, and we would be happy to provide a full refund of the purchase price (MONEY BACK OR REPLACEMENT).
