Returns Policy


No goods may be returned without prior authorization by Big Filter Store. To request a return please contact us. Upon receipt of an RGA the authorization is valid for a period of 15 days.


To Receive and RGA the following conditions are required:


  • Products shipped by our error will be accepted for return and exchange and we will incur all shipping fees.

  • Shipping errors must be brought to Big Filter Store’s attention within 10 days of receipt of shipment.

  • No RGA’s will be issued after 30 days from invoice date.

  • Returned products must be in new, saleable condition. This not only includes the filter elements but the packaging as well.

  • Big Filter Store reserves the right to determine the acceptability of the returned goods. All returned products must be of resale quality.


Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.


Warranty Policy


Big Filter Store warranties that the products are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 (three) months from the date of purchase. Within such period of time and at Big Filter Store’s sole discretion, we shall replace or repair, free of charge, the products that Big Filter Store deems to be defective provided that such products have not been damaged or mishandled by the Distributor/Customer/Shipping company or improperly stored, installed, operated, or the defect is a result of any reason beyond Big Filter Store’s control.


Big Filter Store is not responsible for failures resulting from misuse, faulty installation, alteration, neglect, or accident. Big Filter Store is not responsible for downtime, loss of income, living expenses, or other incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is the sole warranty made by Big Filter Store in regard to any filters sold by us. Shipping: Standard Domestic Shipping within the United States charges first item USD 6.99 and additional item USD 3.0 each. Standard International Shipping from United Kingdom, Germany, Italian and Japan to the United States charges first item USD 11.99 and additional item USD 4.0 each.
