Haltbarkeit
Im ungeöffneten Gebinde, zwischen +5°C und +25°C: 12 Monate Frostbeständig bis -15°C während des Transports.
Verarbeitung
Untergrund (Haftfläche):
Auf sauberem, trockenem, fett- und staubfreiem sowie ausreichend starkem Untergrund sind lose Teile von der Haftfläche zu entfernen; Saugender Untergrund braucht nicht vollkommen trocken zu sein. Auf saugenden und pulverbeschichteten Untergründen wird ein Primer empfohlen. Eine Prüfung auf Eignung des Materials wird vor der Anwendung empfohlen.
Untergrund-, Verarbeitungstemperatur: mind. +5 °C, max. +40 °C
Fugenglättung
Da es bei BELUPOL 080 Polymer bereits nach 10 Minuten zu einer Hautbildung an der Oberfläche kommt, muss die Fuge sofort nach dem Auftragen (säurefrei) geglättet werden.
Anwendungseinschränkungen
Vorab sollte immer ein Haftungstest durchgeführt werden! Unter anderem nicht geeignet für Anwendungen auf PE, PP, Teflon, Bitumen-Untergründen und für den Einsatz unter Wasser. Nicht geeignet für direkten Kontakt mit PVB-Folien. Eine Verfärbung bei helleren Farbtönen kann unter bestimmten Einflüssen nicht ausgeschlossen werden. Elastische Verfugungen sind aufgrund ihrer stofflichen Eigenschaften als Wartungsfuge anzusehen und müssen in regelmäßigen Zeitabständen geprüft und gegebenenfalls erneuert werden, um Folgeschäden zu vermeiden.
Überstreichbarkeit
BELUPOL 080 Polymer ist sehr gut überstreichbar mit Lacken auf Acrylatdispersionsbasis. Die Haftung ist abhängig von der Zusammensetzung der Farben (die erreichbaren Haftungswerte sollten jedoch zunächst durch einen Versuch ermittelt werden). Den Fugendichtstoff vor dem Überstreichen mit Spiritus reinigen. Bei Alkydharzfarben kann es in der Trockenzeit eine Verzögerung geben. Anstrichverträglich nach DIN 52452, Teil 4. Aufgrund der zahlreichen Lacke und Anstriche sind Eigenversuche durchzuführen.
Sicherheit allgemein
Längeren Hautkontakt vermeiden.
Falls frisches Material in die Augen kommt, diese mit viel Wasser ausspülen und einen Arzt konsultieren.
