Eigenschaften:
Biguanelle unterstützt die Wiederherstellung des natürlichen Zustandes in der Scheide während der Behandlung einer Scheideninfektion oder im Zuge von physikalischen oder medikamentösen Behandlungen. Biguanelle enthält Polihexanid (PHMB), ein antibakteriell wirksamer Bestandteil, der sich durch seine hohe Verträglichkeit bei Anwendung auf der Schleimhaut auszeichnet.
Darreichungsform:
Flasche mit 100 ml Lösung.
Anwendungsgebiete:
Behandlung von Vulvovaginitis und Cervlcovaginitis jeglicher Ursache durch Wiederherstellung und Erhaltung des natürlichen Scheidenmilieus. Unterstützende Funktion im Prozess der Wundheilung durch Schutz und Barriereaufbau nach physikalischen Eingriffen (DTC, Lasertherapie, Kryotherapie).
Gegenanzeigen:
Bekannte Überempfindlichkeit gegen einen der Bestandteile. Eine Anwendung während der Schwangerschaft sollte nur unter ärztlicher Aufsicht erfolgen und wenn der Nutzen das potentielle Risiko überwiegt.
Nebenwirkungen:
In einigen Fällen wurden Anzeichen von Unverträglichkeit (Brennen, Hautreizung) ohne wesentliche Folgen beobachtet. In diesen Fällen kann die Behandlung unverändert fortgesetzt werden.Trotzdem sollten Patientinnen ihren Arzt oder Apotheker über Nebenwirkungen, die mit dem Produkt in Zusammenhang stehen könnten, informieren.
Verkehrstüchtigkeit und das Bedienen von Maschinen:
Biguanelle Gel hat keinen Einfluss auf die Verkehrstüchtigkeit und das Bedienen von Maschinen.
Dosierung und Anwendung:
Biguanelle wird einmalig angewendet. Nach ärztlichem Rat kann eventuell eine wiederholte Anwendung nach vier Tagen erfolgen.
Gebrauchsanweisung:
1. Entfernen Sie den Sicherheitsverschluss durch seitliches Drücken.
2. Ziehen Sie die Kanüle aus der Schutzhülle und führen sie in die Flasche ein bis sie sicher und stabil sitzt.
3. Begeben Sie sich in eine bequeme Position, um die Lösung anwenden zu können.
4. Führen Sie die Kanüle vorsichtig bis zur Hälfte ihrer Länge in Ihre Scheide ein.
5. Drücken Sie die Flasche zusammen bis sie vollständig entleert ist. Belassen Sie die Lösung für einige Minuten in der Scheide, damit sie ihre Wirkung vollständig entfalten kann.
Befolgen Sie eventuelle Anweisungen Ihres Arztes.
Warnhinweise:
Nur zur einmaligen Anwendung. Entsorgen Sie anschließend die Flasche mit dem Restinhalt.
