Als Wärme Nackenkissen für die Mikrowelle
Bei ca. 600 Watt (mittlere Stufe) ca. 1,5 Minuten. Sollte die gewünschte Wärme noch nicht erreicht worden sein, dann schütteln Sie ihr Nacken-Wärmekissen gut durch und erwärmen es in Abständen von 15 Sekunden weiter, bis die gewünschte Wärme erreicht ist.
Als Wärme-Nackenkissen für den Backofen
Bei maximal 150°C, ca. 10-15 Minuten. Damit die Kissenfüllung nicht zu trocken wird, stellen Sie eine Tasse Wasser mit in den Backofen.
