How to use
Directions:
For Hot therapy
1. Boil approx. 2 pints of water. REMOVE FROM HEAT.
2. Immerse gel-pack in hot water for 1 to 3 minutes.
3. Carefully remove from water, dry with a soft cloth.
4. Check the temperature; if the pad feels too hot, allow to cool for a short time. If a higher temperature is required, return the pack to the hot water for 30 second intervals.
5. PLACE INSIDE COVER provided.
6. Apply to affected area for a maximum 20 minutes. If you feel that the temperature of the pack is not suitable, please remove it and re-apply it at a temperature that feels comfortable.
7. Secure using the elasticated strap with hook and loop fastening.
8. Store at room temperature for future hot therapy use.
Allow 2 to 3 hours before reapplying.
For cold therapy
1. Place gel pack in freezer for at least 2 hours before use.
2. Remove from freezer and always PLACE INSIDE COVER provided.
If the gel pack has been stored in the freezer for over 2 hours, please leave it at room temperature for ten minutes before applying.
3. Apply to affected for a maximum of 20 minutes. If you feel that the temperature of the pack is not suitable, please remove it and re-apply it at a temperature that feels comfortable.
4. Secure using the elasticated strap with hook and loop fastening.
5. Store at room temperature for future cold therapy use.
Allow 2 to 3 hours before re-applying.
To clean: Hand wash cover and gel-pack in mild detergent. Dry gel-pack with a soft cloth and air-dry cover.

Do not apply the gel pack directly to the skin; always use hot/cold compress with cover provided. If the cover is unavailable, wrap the gel pack in a cloth before applying to the skin.
Do not apply to damaged skin or an open wound.
People with diabetes, heart disease or poor circulation should consult their doctor before using the product.
Do not, lay or lean against hot/cold compress pack as it might burst or leak. Do not fall asleep using the hot/cold compress pack.
This product is non-toxic; if swallowed, drink several glasses of water. Should contents come into contact with eyes, flood with water immediately.
Do not use with any topical pain relivers or ointments.
Do not use if you have impaired sensation, cognitive or communication deficit that preclude reporting of pain, irradiated skin or those with fragile skin, such as the elderly, small infants or patients on steroid therapy.
For children, elderly and people unable to follow usage instructions, always use under adult supervision.
