Shipping is free for the continental U.S. only! This means we will ship to the lower 48 states for free. If you live outside the continental U.S. you will be charged shipping. Any taxes or duties for orders outside the U.S. are the responsibility of the customer to pay.
- All orders are shipped within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders received before 11am Eastern time will be shipped out the same day. Weekends and holidays excluded.
- We are a business selling on eBay. Our normal hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Eastern time. We ship orders and answer messages during these times only.
- Messages are answered twice daily so please be patient. We will answer all questions!
- Shipping is free! All orders under 13 ounces will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. All orders 14 ounces and over will be shipped using one of the following- USPS Parcel Select, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or UPS Sure Post.

- We do offer a 2-day expedited shipping service. If you need your package by a certain date, we suggest using an expedited service. There is no delivery guarantees with the standard free shipping.
All US orders are shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS Sure Post, UPS 3 Day Select or UPS 2 Day Air. Orders shipped using USPS can be tracked on their website. Orders shipped using UPS can be tracked at their website. Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Priority Mail Packages typically arrive in 2-4 business days. USPS First Class, UPS Sure Post and UPS Ground packages typically arrive in 5-8 business days. Online tracking is available for all packages except APO/Military. For APO/Military packages, you may request a copy of the shipping label to confirm the shipment date and mailing address. The vast majority of APO/Military orders arrive within 15-30 days, depending on the class of service chosen.
Please allow 48 hours after your package has shipped before seeing movement through the USPS or UPS system. Once your package has shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation. This email will provide your tracking number.
While issues with shipments are rare, sometimes the packages may be delayed or damaged upon arrival. If the package arrives damaged, we will replace your product free of charge. In order to do so, we must receive a picture of the damaged product within 72 hours of receiving the package. Claims sent after this time frame will be denied. This information will be verified via the package tracking number. Packages scanned delivered at the address on the package will not be refunded or reshipped due to the package being lost or missing.
