You will see that every product is listed with a condition next to it. Here is some guidance as to what you can expect when you receive your item;

New  -  No need to expand here, you will receive a lovely brand new product.


Missing Box  -  You will not receive the original box  with this product.


Imperfect Box  - The box has some dinks, scratches,  rips, scuffs or stains .


Imperfect Container  -  The container has some dinks, scuffs or  stains on the bottle, label or pump top.


Missing Pump  -  The pump/spray top is missing from the bottle but the product can still be used if you unscrew it. Or, you could use a pump from a previous or similar product.


Missing Lid  -  The lid has gone AWOL. This includes caps and tops, but the product will always be unopened or have some kind of seal.


Damaged Lid  - The lid will be cracked or might have a little piece missing. The lid will be secured for shipping.


Small Amount Missing  - A small amount of the product has escaped! The maximum amount that will have leaked is 15% of the total volume, usually a lot less.
