1. ANWENDUNGSZWECK
Elacur M hot Creme dient auf unverletzter Haut als Massagehilfe zur Therapieunterstützung bei physiotherapeutischer Behandlung des Muskel-, Sehnen- und Gelenksystems.
2. ANWENDUNGSGEBIETE
Elacur M hot Creme wird als Gleitmittel zur therapeutischen Massage auf unverletzter Haut regional angewendet bei Myalgien, Neuralgien (Muskel- und Nervenschmerzen), nichtentzündlichen Gelenkbeschwerden, Schmerzzuständen des Haltungs- und Bewegungsapparates, die nicht einer raschen operativen Behandlung zugeführt werden müssen. Das Produkt ist sowohl für die Selbstanwendung Erwachsener im häuslichen Umfeld, als auch für die professionelle Behandlung von Kranken, Behinderten und Senioren geeignet.
3. NEBENWIRKUNGEN/GEWEBEVERTRÄGLICHKEIT
Bei der Anwendung mit Elacur M hot Creme kann es zu Überempfindlichkeitsreaktionen (z.B. können lokale Reizreaktionen bzw. Juckreiz auftreten) kommen. Eine vorübergehende leichte Rötung Im Anwendungsgebiet zeigt lediglich eine gewünschte, erhöhte Durchblutung im massierten Bereich an. Eine großflächige Anwendung von Elacur M hot Creme kann bei empfindlichen Patienten sehr selten zu Blutdruckabfall und Atemnot führen. Elacur M hot Creme enthält Methyl- und Propyl-4-hydroxy-benzoat (sogenannte Parabene). Diese können Überempfindlichkeitsreaktionen, auch Spätreaktionen, hervorrufen. Das im Produkt enthaltene Wollwachs kann örtlich begrenzte Hautreizungen (z.B. Kontaktdermatitis) auslösen. Das Im Wollwachs enthaltene Butylhydroxytoluol kann ebenfalls örtlich begrenzt Hautreizungen (z.B. Kontaktdermatitis), Reizungen der Augen und der Schleimhäute hervorrufen.
4. GEGENANZEIGEN
Das Produkt darf nicht auf entzündeten Gelenken und verletzter Haut sowie Im Gesicht angewendet werden.

Nach der Behandlung sind die Hände gründlich mit Wasser und Seife zu waschen.Elacur M hot Creme darf ausschließlich von Erwachsenen und bei Kindern über 12 Jahren angewendet werden. Die Anwendung bei Schwangeren oder Stillenden ist ausgeschlossen.Für Kinder unzugänglich aufbewahren!Elacur M hot Creme nicht bei bekannter Überempfindlichkeit gegenüber Parabenen oder einem der weiteren Inhaltsstoffe anwenden.Eine Kombination mit anderen Mitteln zur lokalen Durchblutungsförderung oder Mitteln zur Wärmetherapie kann insbesondere bei großflächiger Anwendung zu einem Blutdruckabfall führen.Vor der Entnahme von Elacur M hot Creme aus der Packung ist diese auf Unversehrtheit zu prüfen.
6. PRODUKTEIGENSCHAFTEN
Elacur M hot Creme verleiht der Haut eine gute Gleitfähigkeit und Geschmeidigkeit bei der Massageanwendung. Der physikalische Gleiteffekt reguliert die Kraftübertragung bei der Massage auf die Muskulatur und unterstützt die Massagetechnik und dabei die effektive Ausführung der Knet-, Reibe-, und Streichgriffe. Eine tiefere Entspannung und Lockerung der Muskulatur und ein durch die Massagebewegung generiertes Wärmegefühl wird so ermöglicht.
7. PRODUKTANWENDUNG
Massage ist eine weit verbreitete physikalische Form der Schmerzbehandlung. Die Massagetechnik sollte der lokalen Schmerzempfindung angepasst sein und sollte zwischen starkem Druck, sanfter Berührung, Streichungen, Knetungen, Reibungen, Klopfungen und Vibrationen variieren. Die klassische Massage wird zur besseren Durchblutung, Lockerung, Dehnung und Entkrampfung der Muskulatur eingesetzt. Die Haut wird besser durchblutet, Bänder und Sehnen werden elastischer, die Glieder bzw. Gelenke werden gelockert und schmerzhafte Verspannungen gelöst. Elacur M hot Creme wird, mit kleinen Mengen beginnend, mehrmals täglich auf die schmerzenden Körperstellen aufgetragen und in die Haut einmassiert. Die kurzzeitige Anwendung kann bis zum Abklingen der Beschwerden erfolgen, sofern eine zusammenhängende maximale Anwendungsdauer von 2 Wochen nicht überschritten wird. Die Tube nach Entnahme des Produkts wieder fest verschließen. Nach der Behandlung die Hände gründlich waschen.
