Was ist Emser Inhalationslösung?
Emser Inhalationslösung ist eine keimfrei hergestellte wässrige Lösung des Natürlichen Emser Salzes in einer Konzentration, die dem Mineralstoffgehalt des Blutes entspricht (isoton), zur Inhalation mit einem geeigneten elektrischen Inhalationsgerät (wie z.B. Düsen- bzw. Druckluftvernebler, Ultraschallvernebler oder Schwingmembranvernebler).
Zweckbestimmung:
Zur Befeuchtung der Atemwege sowie zur Unterstützung der natürlichen Reinigungsmechanismen der Atemwege. Als Trägerlösung zur Inhalation von Beta-Sympathomimetika und Anticholinergika.
Wichtig:
Emser Inhalationslösung ist nicht mit Ambroxol- und Bromhexin-haltigen Arzneimitteln mischbar.

Emser Inhalationslösung ist eine reine Lösung des Natürlichen Emser Salzes in einer dem Blut angepassten Salzkonzentration. Sie ist für alle Menschen gut verträglich und kann daher in allen o.g. Fällen bei bestimmungsgemäßem Gebrauch angewendet werden.
Wie, wie viel, wie oft und wie lange sollten Sie Emser Inhalationslösung anwenden?
Die folgenden Angaben gelten, soweit Ihnen Ihr Arzt Emser Inhalationslösung nicht anders verordnet hat. Bitte halten Sie sich an die Anwendungsvorschriften, da Emser Inhalationslösung sonst nicht richtig wirken kann! Emser Inhalationslösung sollte 3- bis 4-mal täglich inhaliert werden, wobei bei jeder Inhalation 5 ml Lösung inhaliert werden sollten. Die Inhalation sollte immer mit einem geeigneten Zerstäubungsgerät durchgeführt werden. Es eignen sich elektrische Vernebler (Ultraschallvernebler, Düsen- bzw. Druckluftvernebler oder Schwingmembranvernebler). Je nach Gerätetyp kann das Volumen, das zur Zerstäubung eingesetzt werden muss, stark variieren. In diesem Fall sollte in das Inhalationsgerät soviel Lösung eingefüllt werden, dass eine Inhalationszeit von 10 bis 15 Minuten gewährleistet wird. Sollte Emser Inhalationslösung als Trägerlösung für andere Inhalationslösungen wie Beta-Sympathomimetika und Anticholinergika verwendet werden, sollte die Verdünnungsvorschrift der entsprechenden Hersteller beachtet werden. In der Regel sollten diese Arzneimittel mit 2-5 ml Emser Inhalationslösung gemischt werden. Achtung: Mischungen sind vor jeder Inhalation frisch herzustellen und dürfen nicht aufbewahrt werden. Die Dauer der Anwendung von Emser Inhalationslösung ist nicht begrenzt, jedoch ist eine Pause von mindestens 2 Stunden zwischen den einzelnen Anwendungen einzuhalten. Bitte halten Sie sich an die Anweisungen Ihres Arztes.
Welche Nebenwirkungen können bei der Anwendung von Emser Inhalationslösung auftreten und welche Gegenmaßnahmen sind bei Nebenwirkungen zu ergreifen?
Bei der Inhalation von Emser Inhalationslösung kann es bei Patienten mit Asthma bronchiale und hyperreagiblem Bronchialsystem im Einzelfall zu einer krampfartigen Verengung der Bronchien mit akut auftretender Luftnot kommen. In diesem Fall ist die Inhalation abzubrechen und bei anhaltender Atemnot ein Arzt aufzusuchen. Wenn Sie Nebenwirkungen bei sich beobachten, die nicht in dieser Packungsbeilage aufgeführt sind, teilen Sie diese bitte Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker mit.
