Was enthält Emser Nasenspülsalz?
Emser Nasenspülsalz enthält eine Mineralsalzmischung mit 5% Natürlichem Emser Salz. Analysedaten der Mineralsalzmischung: Ionen in g/kg: Natrium 356, Kalium 9,2, Chlorid 449, Hydrogencarbonat 173, Sulfat 11,5. Emser Nasenspülsalz enthält keine chemischen Zusätze zur Konservierung oder Verbesserung der Fließeigenschaften. Das Natürliche Emser Salz enthält zahlreiche wertvolle Mineralstoffe und Spurenelemente in einzigartiger Ausgewogenheit und Kombination. Die Herkunft aus den Tiefen der Erde bedingt seine natürliche Reinheit. Seine besondere Zusammensetzung verursacht seine außerordentlich gute Verträglichkeit und verstärkt die Wirksamkeit mechanischer Spülbehandlungen der Nasenhaupthöhle.
Wann wird Emser Nasenspülsalz angewendet?
Emser Nasenspülsalz wird für Spülungen der Nase eingesetzt. Spülungen der Nase sind immer dann sinnvoll, wenn die Nase intensiv gereinigt und befeuchtet werden soll. Dies ist z. B. bei vermehrter Staub- und Schmutzbelastung wichtig, aber auch bei vermehrter Schleim- und Krustenbildung. In Zeiten erhöhter Ansteckungsgefahr mit Erkältungskrankheiten beugen regelmäßige Nasenspülungen dem Entstehen von Erkältungskrankheiten vor. Bei Allergikern empfiehlt sich regelmäßiges Nasespülen bei Pollenflug, insbesondere abends vor dem Zubettgehen. Nasenspülungen sind auch zur Befeuchtung der Nasenschleimhaut geeignet und daher immer dann sinnvoll, wenn die Nasenschleimhaut aufgrund von Umwelteinflüssen zu trocken geworden ist, wie z.B. durch Klimaanlagen, Heizungsluft o.ä.
Wie und wie oft wird Emser Nasenspülsalz angewendet?
Emser Nasenspülsalz wird zur Herstellung einer Nasenspüllösung angewendet. Dazu wird jeweils ein Beutel Emser Nasenspülsalz in 250 ml warmem Wasser gelöst und damit die Nase gespült. Das zur Herstellung der Spüllösung benötigte Wasser muss mindestens Trinkwasserqualität aufweisen und sollte immer frisch sein. In besonderen Krankheitsfällen, wie z.B. cystischer Fibrose oder unmittelbar nach operativen Eingriffen kann die Verwendung von sterilem oder abgekochtem Wasser notwendig sein. Zur Spülung empfehlen wir die Verwendung der Emser Nasendusche Nasanita. Aus hygienischen Gründen ist die Spülung aus der hohlen Hand nicht empfehlenswert. Nasenspülungen können bis zu 3 mal täglich mit je 250 ml Lösung durchgeführt werden. In der Regel empfiehlt sich die Durchführung 1 mal täglich. Im Rahmen langfristiger Spültherapien (mehrere Monate und Jahre) haben sich auch Spülbehandlungen alle 2 bis 3 Tage bewährt.
Was ist bei der Herstellung einer Nasenspüllösung sonst noch zu beachten?
Wichtig ist das Einhalten der richtigen Konzentration der Spüllösung, da zu hoch oder zu niedrig konzentrierte Spüllösungen zu Reizerscheinungen und Nebenwirkungen führen können. Emser Nasenspülsalz nach Vorschrift aufgelöst (1 Beutel auf 250 ml Wasser) ergibt immer eine isotone, d. h. dem Mineralstoffgehalt des Blutes angepasste, Salzlösung. Bitte verwenden Sie mit Trinkwasser hergestellte Spüllösungen nur unmittelbar nach deren Herstellung, da Emser Nasenspülsalz keine Konservierungsstoffe enthält und die Lösung bei Aufbewahrung schnell verkeimt.
Wann darf Emser Nasenspülsalz nicht angewendet werden?
Emser Nasenspülsalz darf immer dann nicht angewendet werden, wenn durch Verletzungen am Nasendach und den Nebenhöhlenwänden direkte Verbindungen zu den Flüssigkeitsräumen des Gehirns bestehen. Bei starkem Nasenbluten sollte Emser Nasenspülsalz nicht angewendet werden.
