    Jurafango aus Bad Boll:
    Das Wort Fango stammt aus dem Italienischen und bedeutet Heilschlamm. Jurafango aus Bad Boll ist ein anerkanntes, natürliches Heilmittel zur Behandlung degenerati-ver und entzündlicher Erkrankungen sowie bei Sportverletzungen und Verspannungen. In Form von Wärme- oder Kältepackungen findet er seine Anwendung in der Physio-und Ergotherapie. Auch in verschiedenen Naturheilverfahren wird Jurafango aufgrund seiner guten Hautverträglichkeit bei Hautkrankheiten zu therapeutischen Zwecken genutzt.

    Jurafango wird auch gerne als Kosmetik-Produkt angewendet. Seine rückfettende Wirkung verleiht der Haut neue Geschmeidigkeit und Elastizität. Das schwarzgraue Pulver wird aus den Gesteinsschichten des Schwarzen Jura, dem Posidonienschiefer, gewonnen. Kennzeichnend für den Jurafango ist sein konzentrierter Gehalt an Steinöl (Petroleum crudum, vier bis 15 Prozent) sowie reichhaltige fossile Inhaltsstoffe und Mineralien. Die feine Mahlung bewirkt ein hohes Wasserbindungsvermögen und eine extrem hohe Wärmespeicherkapazität. Dadurch entsteht eine gut haftende und geschmeidige Packung, deren Wärmeabgabe doppelt so lange anhält wie die einer Wärmflasche.

    Anwendungsformen:
    Lokale Wärmeanwendung:
    Degenerative Wirbelsäulen- und Gelenkbeschwerden, funktionelle Wirbelsäulenschäden und entzündlich-rheumatische Erkrankungen (Rheuma, Arthrose, Arthritis, Muskelhartspann, Sehnen-Entzündung, Fibromyalgie).muskuläre Verspannungen und Schmerzbehandlung.funktionelle Stoffwechsel- und Durchblutungsstörungen des Bewegungsapparates.

    Wärmeauflage:
    Trockenanwendung:
    Die Kompresse bei ca. 90° Grad Ober-/Unterhitze für 15 bis 20 Minuten im Ofen erwärmen. So lange im Ofen lassen bis sie gut durchgewärmt ist. Achtung: Erwärmung in der Mikrowelle nicht empfohlen. Danach die Kompresse so heiß, wie Sie sie vertragen können, auf die zu behandelnde Körperpartie legen. Achtung: Verbrennungsgefahr! Prüfen Sie die Temperatur vor dem Auflegen mit dem Handrücken. Als Wärmeauflage im Nacken wirkt die Kompresse entspannend.

    Feuchtanwendung:
    Wenn Sie die Kompresse einmal feucht verwendet haben, ist keine Trockenanwendung mehr möglich. Die Kompresse für fünf bis zehn Minuten in siedend heißem Wasser erhitzen. Danach aus dem Wasser nehmen und gut auswringen (etwa mit Gummihandschuhen). Legen Sie die Kompresse so heiß, wie Sie sie vertragen können, auf die zu behandelnde Körperpartie. Achtung: Verbrühungsgefahr! Prüfen Sie die Temperatur vor dem Auflegen mit dem Handrücken.

    Hinweis:
    Die Wärmewirkung hält etwa 20 bis 30 Minuten an. Man kann sie verlängern, indem man die Kompresse mit einem großen Leinen- oder Baumwolltuch bedeckt und zusätzlich mit einem Molton- oder Wolltuch umschließt. Eine längere Anwendungsdauer ist unbedenklich. Empfehlenswert ist eine Nachruhe von etwa 30 Minuten, in der sich die heilende Wirkung entfaltet.

    Lokale Kälteanwendung:
    Schmerzbehandlung bei akuten Gelenkentzündungen und Muskelrheumatismus sowie bei Rheuma oder Arthritis, Gichtanfall, aktiver Arthrose, Sehnen-, Sehnenscheiden- und Knochenentzündungen.Zerrungen.

    Kälteauflage:
    Trockenanwendung:
    Zum Durchkühlen die Kompresse in eine Tüte gewickelt in den Kühlschrank legen. Nach der Entnahme auf die zu behandelnde Körperpartie auflegen. Die Kältewirkung hält rund fünf bis zehn Minuten an.

    Feuchtanwendung:
    Achtung, wenn Sie die Kompresse einmal feucht verwendet haben, ist keine Trockenanwendung mehr möglich. Die Kompresse kräftig in kaltem Wasser kneten bis sie gut durchfeuchtet ist. Anschließend gut ausdrücken. Danach auf die zu behandelnde Körperpartie legen und mit einem Tuch fixieren. Die Kältewirkung hält fünf bis zehn Minuten an.

    Gegenanzeigen und Wechselwirkungen:
    Warm nicht anzuwenden bei akuten Entzündungszuständen nach Traumen, Blutungen, Ödemen, Fieberzuständen, großflächigen Hautverletzungen, akuten Hautkrankheiten, Gefäßerkrankungen und Durchblutungsstörungen der Haut sowie bei Hautarealen mit Sensibilitätsstörungen wie erhöhte Wärme- oder Kälteempfindlichkeit. Bei Wärmeanwendungen zusammen mit lokal durchblutungsfördernden Substanzen ist mit starken Reizwirkungen auf der Haut zu rechnen.

    Verwendungsdauer, Aufbewahrung:
    Fangopress 04 besteht aus frischem Jurafango aus Bad Boll und ist ein reines Naturprodukt. Bei Trockenanwendung und sachgemäßer, trockener Lagerung ist die Kompresse 80 - 100 Mal anwendbar. Bei Feuchttherapie-Anwendung tauschen Sie die Kompresse bitte nach 20-maliger Nutzung aus. Liegen zwischen den Anwendungen mehr als drei Tage Pause, lassen Sie die Kompresse komplett austrocknen und kneten Sie sie vor der nächsten Anwendung im warmen Wasser sanft weich. In kaltem Wasser ist eine längere Einweichzeit nötig.

    Jurafango kann über den Hausmüll oder Kompost entsorgt werden. Als reines Naturprodukt eignet er sich auch als Pflanzendünger. Das Fangopulver ist gut auswaschbar.
