Expect big performance in a compact form factor with the Fenix PD35 Version 3.0 Rechargeable LED Flashlight, featuring a peak output of 1700 lumens and a small-caliber reflector that boosts beam length by 50% above previous models. Small enough for easy carry, bright enough for just about any situation, and easily operated with a dual-switch design, the light is suited to public safety, industrial, recreational, and home use.
This version of the PD35 offers five brightness levels from 5 to 1700 lumens, with a 230-hour maximum runtime on the eco setting, plus instant access to strobe mode for self-defense or signaling. The emitter is a Cree SFT40, and the power source is an included 18650 rechargeable battery or two user-supplied, disposable CR123A batteries. Power is controlled on a momentary- or constant-on basis with the tactical tailcap switch, while a metal push button on the side is used to select the brightness level. Complementing the light's performance is a lightweight and durable aluminum-alloy body with a protective corrosion- and scratch-resistant type III hard anodized finish. The light is tested to withstand 3.3' drops and IP68-rated, submersible to a depth of up to 6.6'. The bezel is toothed for self-defense, and the tailcap switch is partially shrouded to help prevent accidental activation. A removable titanium clips keeps the light handy. Heat dissipation fins are built in for safety, digitally regulated output assures consistent performance, and boot-up battery level indication and low-voltage warning let you know how much power you have left before it's time to recharge.
