We only sell NEW products. 

How will you ship my items?
We ship almost all domestic and international orders (except for a few) with USPS, FedEx or UPS and provide tracking data. You can find a copy of your tracking number by looking at your eBay order record in the Purchase History section of your account or in the Shipping Status Update email you received after your order was placed. You can check the delivery status of your order by using the tracking number as a URL on the web. If your delivery status hasn't updated, please email us the order details so we can investigate.

All orders ship within 1 business day of receipt. Orders received by 2:00pm EST are shipped the same business day. Most customers within the contiguous US will receive their orders within 2-3 business days although some areas can take up to 7 business days.

I need fitment help! How do I know what I've ordered will fit?
Great question, but possibly the hardest one to answer. There are references available for OEM products. However, many of our customers have vehicles that have been modified or enhanced in some way; therefore, the typical fitment guides may not apply. At TYK Industries, we have many years of experience and, through that, do our best to outline fitment. However, there are thousands of variables that are best answered in a hands-on environment, leaving the question best asked of your installer. Please keep in mind that we do accept returns on all our products within 60 days of delivery as long as it is unused, uninstalled, undamaged and unopened in the original manufacturer packaging.

Why does the size on my inner tube appear different than what I ordered? Due to the properties of today's Butyl Rubber, inner tubes cover a range of sizes. What is your return policy?
We are always happy to take returns on new, unused products in their original packaging within 60 days of receiving the item with a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation page. We need your name, address and eBay order number to be able to process your return. We are unable to accept returns on products that have been used, mounted or opened (not in original packaging).
