端子は全てプレス圧着 (純正ハーネス等と同様の機械圧着です。)
配線は矢崎製・住友製のAVS線を使用しています。
商品の肝のリレーは、パナソニック製
(国産車などで純正採用されています。)
安売りなどを除けば700、800円以上します。
コネクターはヘッドライトコネクターに純正採用されている事が多い矢崎製(省スペースタイプはAMP)です。
おそらく、他の方が販売されている商品の、ざっと4倍ほどの部品代がかかっています。前回の販売中止の原因ですが…。
これでもか!というほど妥協無く製作致しましたので、検討頂ければと思います。
※基板、コネクタなどの材料、全て国内にて用意しており、加工も国内工場にて行っています。
海外量産商品ではございません。
個人の方が、材料を集めて、製作された場合は、簡単にDIYで出来る商品ではあると思いますが、商品価格と同じぐらいまたはそれ以上になるかと思います。
<動作車両>
H4の車両で、取り付けスペースがあればご使用可能です。ただし、H4でも極々稀に動作しない車両があります。
なお、汎用品の為、個別車種の動作有無の回答は致しかねます。今までの経験上95パーセント以上が動作しています。
※HIDヘッドライト、LEDヘッドライト使用可能です。
<二灯式タイプの車両について>
ヘッドライト2灯式で、ヘッドライト1個につきカプラー1個でライトに接続している車両に関しては、1灯用の商品を2個接続するか、2灯式専用ヘッドライトスイッチユニットをご使用ください。
反応時間差的に、2灯の場合は、2灯式専用ヘッドライトスイッチユニットのご使用をお勧めします。
<消灯機能>
一部車種では、セルスイッチを押せば点灯後も再消灯が可能です。
フォルツァ、CBRなどなど(一部年式・型式)
<動作説明>
キーオンにして、エンジン始動してもライトは点灯しません。
LOWビームを点灯させるには一度HIビーム(PASS)にしLOWビームにすれば点灯します。
エンジン始動後、HIビーム(PASS)を一度も入れなければライトは消えたままです。
ライトを通常動作にしたい場合はHIビーム(PASS)を一度入れるだけでOKです。
※エンジン始動後一度でもHIビーム(PASS)にすると、キーをOFFにするまで、通常動作します。
(LOW,HIビーム両方とも点灯します。点灯不要の場合HI(PASS)にしなければOKです。)
