Shipping Terms
- In stock orders ship within 24 to 48 hours, unless ordered on the weekend. We are closed Saturdays and Sundays.
- If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 business days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
- Metal parts may have scratches/Scuffs on them, but it does not interfere with the working of the part itself and they are new and unused.
- Some of our small parts are received in bulk from the manufacturer, so we do repackage them into unmarked envelops.
- All our boxed parts are opened and packed for shipment. We do this to check the parts before they ship out.
- Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 3-7 days, unless the post office is having issues themselves.
- Your order may be shipped faster for an additional cost. Just message in and ask.
- Insurance can be put on your package, at an additional charge. Inquire about this before the time of purchase.
- Purchasing insurance may be required for any glass parts before shipping out. You will be contacted if this is needed. UPS will be liable for these shipments, not us if there is any damage during transport. Claims will be made through UPS by the purchaser.
- Over-sized shipments will have a shipping cost to them; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval and for a request to be paid for the amount due.
- We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
