Wirkstoff: Ginkgo biloba e foliis sicc. Dil. D4
Homöopathisches Arzneimittel
Anwendungsgebiete:
Registriertes homöopathisches Arzneimittel, daher ohne Angabe einer therapeutischen Indikation.
Gegenanzeigen:
Ginkgobakehl D4 darf nicht eingenommen werden:
bei bekannter Überempfindlichkeit gegenüber Ginkgo biloba.in der Schwangerschaft.
Bei Alkohol- oder Leberkranken sollte aufgrund des Alkoholgehaltes das Arzneimittel nur nach Rücksprache mit dem Arzt angewendet werden.
Vorsichtsmaßnahmen für die Anwendung und Warnhinweise:
Da keine ausreichend dokumentierten Erfahrungen zur Anwendung in der Stillzeit vorliegen, sollte das Arzneimittel in der Stillzeit nicht angewendet werden. Zur Anwendung dieses Arzneimittels bei Kindern und Jugendlichen liegen keine ausreichend dokumentierten Erfahrungen vor. Es soll deshalb bei Kindern und Jugendlichen unter 18 Jahren nicht angewendet werden. Patienten mit einer krankhaft erhöhten Blutungsneigung (hämorrhagische Diathese) und gleichzeitiger Einnahme von gerinnungshemmenden Mitteln (Antikoagulantien) und Medikamenten, welche die Verklumpung von Blutplättchen hemmen (Thrombozytenaggregationshemmer) sollten Ginkgobakehl D4 nur nach Rücksprache mit dem Arzt anwenden. Zubereitungen aus Ginkgo können zu einer Verstärkung der Blutungsneigung führen, die Einnahme von Ginkgobakehl D4 sollte deshalb 3 bis 4 Tage vor einer Operation vorsichtshalber beendet werden.
Enthält 52 Vol.-% Alkohol (Ethanol). Bei Beachtung der Dosierungsanleitung werden bei jeder Einnahme (entsprechend 5 Tropfen) bis zu 0,05 g Alkohol zugeführt. Ein gesundheitliches Risiko besteht u.a. bei Leberkranken, Alkoholkranken, Epileptikern, Hirngeschädigten, Schwangeren und Kindern. Die Wirkung anderer Arzneimittel kann beeinträchtigt oder verstärkt werden. Die bei Ginkgobakehl D4 gelegentlich auftretenden Nachtrübungen sind ohne Einfluss auf die Qualität. Bitte vor Anwendung kräftig aufschütteln.
Wechselwirkungen mit anderen Mitteln:
Wird das Arzneimittel gleichzeitig mit gerinnungshemmenden Arzneimitteln (Antikoagulantien) angewendet, kann deren Wirkung verstärkt werden. Bei der Anwendung von Medikamenten, welche die Verklumpung von Blutplättchen hemmen (Thrombozytenaggregationshemmer und andere nicht steroidale Antiphlogistika), kann deren Effekt beeinflusst werden. Allgemeiner Hinweis: Die Wirkung eines homöopathischen Arzneimittels kann durch allgemein schädigende Faktoren in der Lebensweise und durch Reiz- und Genussmittel ungünstig beeinflusst werden. Falls Sie sonstige Arzneimittel einnehmen, fragen Sie Ihren Arzt.
Anwendungsdauer:

Nebenwirkungen:
Es wurden nach der Einnahme von Ginkgobakehl D4 Magen-Darm-Beschwerden, Fieber, Kopfschmerzen, Überempfindlichkeitsreaktionen oder allergische Hautreaktionen (Rötung, Schwellung, Juckreiz) beobachtet. Darüber hinaus wurde bei Langzeitanwendung sehr selten über Blutungen berichtet, deren ursächlicher Zusammenhang mit der Einnahme von Ginkgo-Zubereitungen nicht gesichert ist. In diesem Fall sollten Sie die Anwendung unterbrechen und einen Arzt aufsuchen. Hinweis: Bei Einnahme von homöopathischen Arzneimitteln können sich die vorhandenen Beschwerden vorübergehend verschlimmern (Erstverschlimmerung).
