Tractive trackers have a built-in SIM card - like your phone - that uses mobile networks to send you location info. All the fees needed to do that are covered by a tracker subscription plan That way, you get to enjoy unlimited range worldwide.

Why not use a microchip or AirTag?

A microchip is only effective if the pet is found and brought to a vet and has no location tracking capabilities. A bluetooth item finder, like AirTag, has a range of only 33-100 feet and relies on bluetooth from a nearby phone to function.

How often does the Tractive GPS tracker detect a new position?

The Tractive GPS tracker detects a new position:

every 2-60 minutes* in default tracking mode (depending on the activity level of your pet).

every 2-3 seconds in LIVE Tracking mode.

Do I need cellular coverage?

Yes. The tracker contains a SIM card and uses this to send data back to your app using cellular (mobile) networks. Good cell coverage ensures the tracker can maintain a stable connection and send you position updates at regular intervals.

Shipping: Standard Domestic Shipping within the United States charges first item USD 6.99 and additional item USD 3.0 each. Standard International Shipping from United Kingdom, Germany, Italian and Japan to the United States charges first item USD 11.99 and additional item USD 4.0 each.

Import Duty: Everymarket collects applicable duties and taxes on goods imported into the U.S. at checkout, it's calculated based on the goods value multiply by the rate.
