Method of Free Shipping within the USA is USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, UPS Ground, Fedex Ground or Fedex 2nd Day. Delivery times normally take between 1 - 3 business days and possibly up to 5 bussiness days for the East coast. 

NOTE: You can contact your local carrier the package is being shipped through after the eBay promised delivery date and tell them you have not received your package and provide the tracking number for the package missing.  This is normally the best way to find a missing package because the package is normally in your area not ours. If you do not receive your package within the eBay promised date within the USA please contact the shipping carrier (Local Post Office or other carrier) so they can put a trace on your package - the sooner you let your carrier know the faster they can help.

Next day or 2nd day Air shipping is available in the lower 48 states only but non refundable if you choose this upgrade. Next Day Air only available in Oregon. Check the Shipping (Fast 'N Free) date in center top section of this listing for estimated delivery time.

Returns within the USA: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In the event you are not satisfied, please let us know prior to leaving feedback to give us the opportunity to try and make things right. We are very easy to work with as our positive feedback shows.

Clarification on Returns: Items returned must be in original packaging to avoid a 15% restocking fee.  If the return is for non-defective reasons, the refund will be less our shipping charges to ship the item to you.  In addition, eBay has insituted an automatic return label policy but if the return is for non-defective reasons, we will refund less the return label charges as well. Return processing time generally takes a few days.  Any packages refused by buyer and marked return to sender will not be accepted. Any item returned to seller with postage due will also be refused.

International Returns: Do to our extremely low prices and the higher cost of shipping we can no longer accept returns from countries outside of the USA. If customer wants to return the item and pay for shipping it back to us we will upon inspection, refund the original purchase price for the items purchased, minus the original shipping costs paid by the buyer.

In the unlikely event you receive a product that is incorrect, missing parts, or damaged we will send replacements to you at our cost. (A picture of the damaged part may be required to ensure we send the correct replacement). Buyer must report these conditions to Best Choice Mart via E-Mail within 3 days after receiving item or items purchased will be presumed to be in excellent condition and without fault.

This warranty applies only to products purchased by the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

About California Proposition 65

Proposition 65, officially the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, is a law that requires warnings be provided to California consumers when they might be exposed to chemicals identified by California as causing cancer or reproductive toxicity. The warnings are intended to help california consumers make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals from the products they use. The California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) administers the Proposition 65 program and publishes the listed chemicals, which includes more that 850 chemicals. In August 2016, OEHHA adopted new regulations, effective on August 30, 2018, which change the information required in Proposition 65 warnings.
