Based on the earth-shattering Empyre event, this HeroClix release reunites the Avengers, Fastastic Four, X-Men, and more all in one set! This 5-figure booster release features fan-favorite characters like Captain America, Mr. Fantastic, Spider-Man, and Deadpool, and their enemies like Super Skrull, Magneto, Ultron, and more! Empyre has more characters with RALLY that was first introduced in X-Men Rise and Fall earlier this year as well as brand-new mechanics like Recruiter and Follow-Up! Chases from all different kinds of stories are included in this set including new versions of beloved characters like Thor, Herald of Thunder and Norrin Radd, Sorcerer Supreme!

What are "heroclix"?  It is a collectible miniatures game featuring super-heroes from Marvel, DC and Indy comics.  The figures average 1 1/2" tall and stand on a base with a dial that contains all of the statistics for that character.  Think chess, but with a lot more options for pieces, played on a map with terrain and other tokens.  Beginning with the Avengers set, all heroclix will also include a character card.  These cards are always included in auctions unless specified at the top of the description.  The older sets did not have character cards.  Please note also that gravity feed and counter top display figures come in small boxes so the cards are not straight and often have small creases.

SHIPPING/HANDLING   

  • Items may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex unless specific arrangements are requested, but we almost always use USPS.
  • All items are in new or like new condition unless specific condition is noted in the description.
  • The condition of all items is always guaranteed. 
  • We reserve the right to self-insure packages. With our "any reason" guarantee, self-insured packages save money, and damaged or lost packages are replaced or refunded just as fast and with less paperwork than through postal service insurance.
