The 3MP AI camera can be added to Hiseeu system with system version 3.0.6.0 and above.
1) System above 3.0.3.0 can go to System setup--System Admin--System Upgrade--click Online upgrade to upgrade it to latest version. If there is no network please email : Johnny to get firmware to do local upgrade
2) System version below 3.0.3.0 ,system version should be 2.8.0.0 version, please go to channel setup pape --change resolution 2048*1536 to 1920*1080, if not work, please go to System Admin--IPC Maintenance --take a screenshot of your camera version, email Johnny to get firmware, after upgrade successfully.

- Only 3MP camera support AI humanoid detection, on video detection page enable "HumanDetect" and "Draw Region", this function will decrease the false motion detection notification.
PIR Human Detection
- Compared with the traditional type of motion detection based on inter frame comparison, the camera with PIR infrared sensor has been greatly improved in reducing false alarm. The principle of PIR infrared sensor is to detect the infrared light emitted by the high body temperature of mammals. This activates the camera, and then the camera enters the motion detection mode.
